BIG DIVA GYM: Gym for every body!


You don’t have to be slim or young to feel FREE to move! You are entitled to have fun dancing, whether you are young, old, fat or slim. Doesn’t matter! Based on the delicious rhythms of the Caribbean and other funky,groovy, we stretch those muscles and dance!
I conceived this dance-gym-workout for EVERY BODY years ago out of frustration that I couldn’t find a workout that I liked. So it started out just for fun, and has become something very valuable since. It is fun, empowering and a great way to move your body.
With a combination of individual salsa moves, jazz ballet, biodanza, regular gym exercises ,group dance and meditation.
When in Amsterdam, we start the week every monday morning with this workout, and we have such a lot of fun!!!!!!

We can do a series of workshops, or a day/weekend/week special.
